MEET OUR PASTOR

Pastor Paul Stanley Sr. is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Love and Fellowship Ministries, faithfully serving since 2018. He is the eighth of eight children born to the late Elder Howard Stanley and Nellie Stanley, and was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, where he attended Baltimore City Public Schools.

Pastor Stanley was baptized in Jesus’ Name at the age of 15 and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 18. He was called to the ministry in 1993 and ordained an Elder in December 2010, answering God’s call with humility and faithfulness. Throughout his years of service, he has served in multiple church leadership roles, including Assistant President of the Usher Board, Deacon, Young People’s President, and Sunday School Teacher.

In addition to pastoral leadership, Pastor Stanley serves as the Director of the Prayer Auxiliary for the Atlantic Regional Conference and is a board member of the Prayer Auxiliary for the PCAFI, reflecting his deep commitment to prayer and spiritual covering for the body of Christ.

He has been married for 36 years to Lady Valissa Stanley, and together they are blessed with six children and two grandchildren. Pastor Stanley is known for his passion for preaching and teaching God’s Word, developing leaders, and shepherding God’s people with love and sound doctrine.
